Use of Service
- Personal, non-commercial use unless agreed in writing.
- No scraping, unauthorized automation, or disruptive behaviour.
- Respect local laws and guidance during tours.
Eligibility
- You must be at least the age of majority in your province or have consent of a legal guardian.
- Bookings for minors must be made by an adult who will be responsible for the minor throughout the tour.
Booking & Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed when payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund; otherwise, fees may apply.
- Weather or safety concerns may require itinerary adjustments or rescheduling. We will notify you as early as possible.
Payments
- Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- By submitting a payment method, you represent you are authorized to use it and authorize us to charge the full amount due.
- Chargebacks or disputes may result in temporary suspension of booking privileges while reviewed.
Pricing & Changes
Prices are listed in CAD. We may update tours, pricing, and schedules without prior notice.
User Conduct
- Follow guide instructions and be respectful to other guests and the public.
- Do not engage in dangerous activities, trespass, or litter during tours.
- Alcohol or drug-impaired participation may result in removal without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.
Content Submissions
If you share reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content for promotional and operational purposes.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Your safety remains your responsibility; follow guide instructions.
Privacy
We collect only what is necessary to deliver the service, improve operations, and meet legal requirements. See our privacy practices described at booking time or in relevant notices.
